From the very first moments we heard that Notre Dame was ablaze, New Yorkers of all faiths reached out to express their sorrow and ask how they could help. The Archdiocese of New York has established From Saint Patrick’s to Notre Dame as a way for New Yorkers and people around the United States to contribute to rebuilding this magnificent house of worship and monument to western civilization. 
 
New Yorkers understand from the effort to restore Saint Patrick’s Cathedral how much a beautiful faith home means to a city: as a spiritual refuge, a place of prayer and reflection, a space where all are welcome. Just as we can’t imagine New York City without Saint Patrick’s, it is impossible to imagine Paris without Notre Dame. And so we provide this avenue for your generosity.
